Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Scents Creation account at any time.

How to request deletion

  • In the app: open the Scents Creation app and go to Account → Delete account.
  • By email: write to contact@scentscreation.com with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address on your account.
  • On WhatsApp: message us on +971 58 260 7595.

What we delete

Your customer account and personal details: name, email, phone number, saved addresses and marketing preferences. App data stored on your phone is removed straight away when you request deletion in the app, or when you delete the app.

What we keep

Order records that the law requires us to keep for accounting and tax purposes, only for the period the law requires.

How long it takes

We confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
