Great Smell - Great shipping - QC issues - Customer service issue

I bought 3 packs
Shipping was fast and great
Smell is amazing
I had an issue with sprayer of one of them is leaking and not spraying easily

Tried to reach out - all i get is a bot that don't get me anywhere .

I like encouraging new business - you need to take care of Quality control and have a better customer service
